Transitional Housing

Short-to-medium-term housing for individuals experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk. Residents receive case management support and are connected to resources to help them move toward permanent housing.

Eligibility: Homeless or at-risk individuals and veterans.

Veterans Housing Program

Specialized transitional housing designed for veterans. We understand the unique challenges veterans face and provide targeted support including VA benefits navigation, peer support, and community reintegration services.

Eligibility: U.S. military veterans experiencing housing instability.

Sober Living Residences

Structured, substance-free housing for individuals in recovery. Residents must have a minimum of 30 days of sobriety and ideally have completed a residential treatment center or outpatient rehab program.

Eligibility: 30+ days sobriety; completion of or enrollment in treatment preferred.

Case Management

Every resident is paired with a dedicated case manager who helps develop an individualized service plan, coordinates access to community resources, and provides ongoing support throughout their stay.

Eligibility: All Von Anthony House residents.

Life Skills & Education

Workshops and one-on-one coaching covering budgeting, financial literacy, healthy relationships, communication, and other essential skills for independent living.

Eligibility: All residents and program participants.

Employment Assistance

Resume building, job search support, interview preparation, and connections to local employers and workforce development programs to help residents achieve financial independence.

Eligibility: All residents seeking employment.

Program Expectations

Our program maintains clear expectations to ensure a safe, supportive environment for all residents.

  • 1Maintain consistent progress toward independence
  • 2Completion of a treatment program, active enrollment in a treatment center or outpatient rehabilitation program, or willingness to enroll in an approved recovery or support program after admission. Participation in recovery-focused services may be required based on individual circumstances and house expectations.
  • 3Commitment to maintaining sobriety and participating in ongoing recovery support
  • 4Willingness to follow house rules, including curfews and community responsibilities
  • 5Participation in weekly house meetings and individual check-ins with case manager
  • 6Be actively employed, seeking employment, or enrolled in job training, school, or recovery/veteran-related programs
  • 7Maintain active participation in the program
  • 8Treat all residents, staff, and property with respect
  • 9Maintain a clean and organized personal and shared living space
